With the news that Analytics will include SEO reports brings a new hope to the quest for getting a thorough API available for Google SEO data – there is currently a poor API for Webmaster Tools will very limited reports. Now that Analytics will start including SEO data we can hope that the output of what is available within the Analytics API will grow and we can start mashing together Analytics data, SEO data and Social Media data into a single ‘intelligent’ report.

What do you think, do we need a thorough API for Google data (and Social data) or is it better to manual ‘Excel-up’ separate data into a bespoke report?
