Best downloads of the week:
- Flash video downloader for Firefox – You can download Flash movie (including YouTube) into FLV and MP4 formats.
- VLC Media Player – an oldie but a goody. VLC Media Player lets you play pretty much any video format out there. Never worry about downloading the right codec’s again.
- TweetDeck – just updated: best app out there for managing your Twitter accounts. Great iPhone app as well.
- Putty – One for the programmer types out there. Super lightweight and easy SSH and Telnet client for all your remote server access needs
- Google AdWords and AdCenter – downloadable editors. Both have had a much due upgrade and let you edit your search advertising account easily.
